You need a valid Indian driving licence (minimum 1 year old), a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID), and a selfie with your ID for verification. International driving permit holders may also rent — contact us on WhatsApp to confirm.
The minimum age is 21 years. You must also hold a valid driving licence for at least 1 year prior to the rental date.
A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of booking confirmation. The amount varies by vehicle category. Your team will communicate the exact amount on WhatsApp during confirmation. The deposit is returned within 24 hours of vehicle return, subject to inspection.
Our fleet follows a "same fuel level" policy — the car is delivered at a specified fuel level and must be returned at the same level. Fuel top-up charges apply if the vehicle is returned below the starting level.
Minor wear-and-tear is not charged. For accidental damage, your liability depends on the insurance tier you selected at booking: Standard covers third-party; Zero Dep brings your liability to zero for most damage types. Our team will walk you through the process on WhatsApp.
Yes — outstation trips are permitted with advance notice. Some vehicles are designated as city-only; confirm with our team during booking. Outstation trips may attract a per-km surcharge beyond city limits.
A grace period of 1 hour applies. Beyond that, late return charges are calculated at the hourly rate of the vehicle. Extended delays without prior communication may incur a full extra day charge.
